History
The National Disaster Management Agency, Which is the only body responsible for disaster management in Grenada, has established a number of disaster management committees throughout the Island. The South East St. George Disaster Management Committee (SESGDMC) was elected into office on Thursday 19th May 2005 at a public meeting held at the Morne Jaloux Roman Catholic School. This Committee has been given the mandate as the only body responsible for disaster management in South East St. George, Grenada.
